If you were to pass by a stone garden, you would probably not even glance at the collection of stones on the top left. I, however, felt there was beauty hidden in these stones. With the aid of contrast and saturation tools, I was able to bring it out their real beauty as shown on the top right.
So it is with people. We stereotype them by their titles: clerk, receptionist, messenger, driver, etc. The talent spotter, however, is able to discover their talent potential. He takes time to talk to them, understand them better, train and mentor them and give opportunities for them to shine. You would be surprised at how much talent these people have.

Congratulations and welcome to the blogsphere.
Given that you have a vast stock of shareable materials, you will find it easier to surmount the first hurdle of publishing a blog, that is, populating the site with content.
Your visual illustration of learning to appreciate hidden potential is very powerful. Indeed, one would discover someone else behind the team member who comes to you very differently after wriggling out of the company uniform.
Looking forward to read more of your blogs.
