If you were to pass by a stone garden, you would probably not even glance at the collection of stones on the top left. I, however, felt there was beauty hidden in these stones. With the aid of contrast and saturation tools, I was able to bring it out their real beauty as shown on the top right.

So it is with people. We stereotype them by their titles: clerk, receptionist, messenger, driver, etc. The talent spotter, however, is able to discover their talent potential. He takes time to talk to them, understand them better, train and mentor them and give opportunities for them to shine. You would be surprised at how much talent these people have.

Every guru of Internet Marketing tells me that 97% of netpreneurs fail. Even if they all went to the same seminars and took the same notes from the same gurus, only 3% would survive and prosper.

I guess it is not just a matter of knowing the technical skills of internet marketing. More important is the mindset of the netpreneur.

I’ve just finished reading (within two days) Harv Eker’s book: Secrets of the Millionaire Mind. It was just so timely and valuable. For me, the biggest message is that we have been conditioned by our money blueprint.

If as a youth, your family beliefs focused on a comfortable life, then that is subsconsciously the goal that you will aim for. Chances are you will not be a risk taker and be content as an employee.  If you want to join the ranks of the multi-millionaires, you need to change your mindset, break through the comfort level, suffer pain along the way, take risks but then get better financial rewards.
